The Park Plaza tower now stands relatively empty, home only to heavy construction equipment. Over the coming months, we plan to keep you informed monthly of The Private Residences' construction, progress and related news, upcoming events and gatherings for our current and prospective owners. Coming Home will also feature an early look at future residents, with permission of course, so you can become familiar with the growing community.

THE WALLS ARE COMING DOWN
Construction Starts First Week of April

Rising over Forest Park and the bustling Central West End, the iconic exterior of the Park Plaza tower will project business as usual to those passing by. Hidden inside of one of St. Louis' architectural treasures, construction officially begins April 2 on what will become the city's crown jewel of urban living.

The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza have already generated a wave of interest, with nearly half of the 87 units reserved or sold. The first homes will be complete in summer 2008. For information, please call (314) 633-1100.

LADUE NEWS GIVES PROJECT FRONT-PAGE BILLING

LNM The March 23 issue of Ladue News featured The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza as its stand-alone cover, adding to the local exposure for one of St. Louis' most unique development projects.

Reporter Nancy Powers highlighted the unique and distinctive features of the project. Giving a nod to its neighborhood, Powers wrote, "If location is key for real estate, The Private Residences is a prime spot."

The Chase Park Plaza believes in promoting all St. Louis has to offer, and we'll be featuring some of these events in Coming Home. Our concierge would be happy to provide this same service when you make your home here.

The energy of the city springs to life this month with a variety of arts festivals and entertainment.

At the Fox Theatre in April you'll find Fresh Aire: The Music of Mannheim Steamroller, Isley Brothers, a Bob Costas Benefit featuring Sheryl Crow and Billy Crystal and much more. Billy Joel performs at the Scottrade Center; Ahmad Jamal is at Jazz at the Bistro; and Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy will perform at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center.

Central West End 2007 House and Garden Tour
The Central West End Association, of which The Chase Park Plaza is a member, will host its annual House and Garden Tour on May 4, 5 and 6. Come view the historic homes of Fullerton's-Westminster Place, considered to be among the finest turn-of-the-century streetscapes in the nation. For more information, visit www.centralwestend.org.
