"Going Up?" Takes on a New Meaning During Construction

While the first walls are starting to “go up” on the ninth floor, The Private Residences at The Chase Park Plaza continue to elevate the standard for St. Louis living with the unveiling of the North and South penthouses.

“When we were younger, we decided we didn’t to want to grow old and become boring,” said Jan, who bought a residence with her husband, Jack. “We used to talk about going in together on one of the old Central West End mansions, sharing a hired cook and gardener and all – now we’ve got all of that with The Chase.”

Each of the friends will have their own home. The foursome is anticipating plans to decorate their new homes, determining the best night for movies at the adjoining Chase Park Plaza Cinemas, and what time they’ll soon meet on the Café Eau patio to chat over coffee.
